Welcome to Refresh Breathwork ("Refresh", "we", "our", or "us"). Refresh is a guided breathwork application featuring structured breathing exercises designed for relaxation, focus, and wellness. By downloading, accessing, or using the Refresh mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Refresh. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Refresh offers premium content through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple's App Store:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after notice.
Refresh is not a medical application. The breathwork exercises provided are for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
If you have any respiratory conditions, cardiovascular issues, are pregnant, or have any other health concerns, consult your healthcare provider before using breathwork exercises. Discontinue use immediately if you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, or discomfort.
You use Refresh at your own risk. We are not liable for any health issues that may arise from the use of our breathwork exercises.

All content in Refresh, including but not limited to breathwork routines, audio, visual designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Refresh Breathwork and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
Any content you create within Refresh, including custom rituals and session data, belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your user-generated content. However, by using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
Your use of Refresh is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app's settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refresh Breathwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, health issues, or interruption of service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Refresh is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms within the app. Your continued use of Refresh after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
